The Column Lifting Corner is used for lifting gang column forms. The Column Lifting Corner can be used as the outside corner for the top two feet of the gang columns. The Column Lifting Corner has a safe load capacity of 2000 lbs.

The Column Hinge allows the contractor to pour large numbers of columns quickly. Used in a gang application, simply remove wedge bolts from the opposite corner of the column hinges, pull back forms away from the concrete, pick up column forms with a crane, re-set column forms in new location, close and wedge bolt back together and you're ready to pour again.

The Double Duty Lift Bracket provides a place to attach rigging to pick up gang forms with a crane. The Double Duty Lift Bracket has a vertical capacity of 2000 lbs (5 to 1 safety factor).

The Pilaster Brace is used for bracing pilaster forms to the adjacent panel. Attach one brace 6-18 inches down from the top of the pilaster form and one brach 6-18 inches up from the bottom of the pilaster form. Pilaster Braces are needed only on one side of the pilaster.

EMI Turnbuckles allow for 6 inches of adjustment. The Turnbuckle is attache dwith nails or screws to lumber. Anchor before final adjustments are made. The end of the turnbuckle contains a slot to accommodate a steel nail stake.

The Scaffold Bracket provides a safe working area for the contractor. The maximum safe load of the scaffold bracket is 500 lbs. (4 to 1 safety factor). Do not space more than 8 feet apart.

The Steel/Plywood Cap Clip is used for extending the height of the forms. Simply snap cap clip to the top of the forms, insert lumber into cap clip and drive screw through cap clip into lumber. Use one cap clip per form. Accepts 2x lumber.

The EMI Steel/Plywood Extension bracket is used for extending the height of forms. This bracket wedge bolts to the top of forms. Holes are provided for screws or nails to attach 2x lumber to the bracket. Lumber will end up flush with the face of the forms which makes this extension bracket one of the best in the market.

The EMI one piece Waler Bracket is the most rigid in the market. Simply insert the Waler Bracket into any side rail slot not being used for ties, place a single or double 2"x4" piece of lumber on top of the bracket and drop the wedge to tighten.

The Z-Tie Holder is another method for attaching walers and can also be used for strongbacks. The Z-Tie Holder is used in combination with waler ties which come in two lengths to accommodate double 2"x4" and double 2"x6" lumber walers. Once the waler tie is fastened to the forms with standard wedge bolts, the lumber is positioned on each side of the tie then the Z-Tie holder is slipped over the tie and the wedge is pushed down to tighten the assembly.

Waler Ties are used with the Z-Tie Holder. Waler Ties come in two lengths to accommodate 2"x4" and 2"x6" lumber.

Strong Back/Stiff Back Ties are used with the Z-Tie Holder. These ties come in 3 lengths and are used for vertical alignment strong backs.

Strong Back J-Hooks are vertical alignment attachments that are placed at 90 degrees to walers. The strong backs are used to align the walers and are commonly placed at 8' on center.

Gang Waler Rods are used for horizontal waling and vertical strong backs when gang forming. Gang Waler Rods are used with gang waler plates and 1/2" coil rod nuts.

Gang Waler Plates are used with the gang waler rods for horizontal and vertical waling. Also used with J-Strong Back Rod & Hook.

1/2" Coil Rod Nuts are used with the gang waler rods and also J-Strong Back Rod & Hook. These nuts can also be used with 1/2" Coil Rod.

J-Strong Back Rod & Hook is used for vertical alignment strong backs when gang forming. Comes in two lengths to accept double 2"x4" and 2"x6" lumber.

The EMI Cantilever Bracket is used to suspend a form on the opposite side of the wall so that a base slab can be monolithically poured with the wall. Maximum capacity is 700 lbs. Maximum spacing is 8' when panels are vertical and spacing is not to exceed panel length when forms are horizontal.
